The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never see your card details, your quiz answers never leave your browser, and we don't sell your information. The details are below.
Who is responsible
The site keeplifeorg.com is operated by Keep Life Organized. For anything about your data, write to us through our contact form.
What we collect, and why
Free quizzes and self-checks. Your answers are scored in your own browser. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Your email address, if you ask for a free guide or buy a product. We use it to send you what you asked for and, if you signed up for a free guide, occasional emails about the topic you signed up for and our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We store your address, the date you signed up and which page you signed up on with our email provider, Sender.net.
Purchases. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process your order. We receive your name, email, country and what you bought — never your card details. Paddle's handling of your data is covered by Paddle's privacy notice.
Emails you send us. We keep them so we can reply and help with your order.
Site analytics and ads. We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to see whether our ads lead to visits, sign-ups and purchases, and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. These tools set cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. You can block them in your browser settings or with a content blocker, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Legal grounds
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on your consent (email sign-up and non-essential cookies), on the need to fulfil your purchase, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the site: Paddle (payments), Sender.net (sending emails), Make.com (connecting our order and email tools), our web host (Cloudflare) and Meta (ad measurement). Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We don't sell your personal information. Some of these providers are based outside your country, including in the United States; they use standard safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details. Order records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Support emails: up to two years.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and of the UK and EU, have these rights in law, plus the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to complain to a regulator. Write to us through our contact form and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and its date.
